Dulce Bell-Bulley was born in Africa under the Southern Cross and a balsamic Moon. She was raised in the bush where she developed a profound love and respect for the natural world, including the night sky. At the age of 12 someone gave her a copy of Linda Goodman's Sun Signs and astrology became a passion.

Now, some 30 plus years later, Dulce is still crazy about astrology, but this time she's looking at a different sky. She practices and studies this cosmic science and art, with the added dimension of transpersonal psychology, in western Colorado near the great Colorado River.

She is a graduate of Naropa University's Transpersonal Psychology program. Her Master's thesis was on The Nature of Endings in which she explores why humans, especially at this time, believe in catastrophe and what those catastrophes are. Her premise is that endings are a critical phase in cycles, are inextricably linked with beginnings, and we are at a key phase now. Dulce is also a certified alchemical hypnotherapist and practices the work of David Quigley in which inner trauma, loss and pain are transformed by the healing light of love and banishment, to the gold of empowerment.

Dulce also owns and operates OSA TRANSPERSONAL COUNSELING - more than talk therapy.

Using the techniques she learned at Naropa University and elsewhere, Osa Transpersonal Counseling includes a varied approach to finding and supporting your inner healer. Please come for a transpersonal counseling session where we go beyond talk therapy to your inner wisdom.

Dulce uses astrology as an important tool in her therapeutic practice. While it is very useful, it is not required. Please join her in the adventure to find and empower your inner healer! Transpersonal counseling is more than talk therapy! Methods include body listening, nature based practices and rituals, past lives, astrology, alchemical hypnotherapy, authentic movement, archetypes, dream and shadow work, strengthening the will, and breath work to name a few. We use what YOU are comfortable with. Our goal is to get out of the head and directly to the innate wisdom within you.
 

Dulce is registered to practice psychotherapy with the State of Colorado.

Dulce is a past president of the Western Slope Astrological Society. She has appeared on MIX 104.3 and KAFM 88.1 community radio to interpret listeners' dreams and to do on-air tarot and astrology readings. Dulce has traveled extensively and spent many years as a medical social worker. She teaches classes on a variety of subjects and loves to study with today's leading minds. Her work has been influenced by the principles of eco-psychology, Stan and Christina Grof, Ken Wilber, Caroline Myss, Roberto Assagioli, and many others.

Dulce believes in love and forgiveness.

Dulce loves the deeply symbiotic relationship the human has to Earth and the cosmos and is implementing changes in her life that support a sustainable lifestyle. She and her husband Dale grow a large garden which they harvest, preserve and share each year. They, along with several friends, are interested in sustainable fuels and hope to experiment with the production and use of bio-diesel. They also hope to change their home into a green one slowly but surely!
