Class Intention:
To invite
interested people to a four day retreat at Gateway Canyons
Resort to explore their soul contract here on Earth by examining
their connection to the cosmos via their astrology chart. We
will explore myth and the archetypes that accompany the energies
found in the birth chart and thus discover the challenges and
benefits such a contract entails. Throughout the four day
retreat we will not only learn about the energies of the birth
chart, but we will orient these to the current/present time
cosmology so each participant is aware of where they are now,
and what that might mean. This retreat serves as an
introduction to the field of astrology, especially its
connections to mythology. At the end of the retreat the
participant will have a working knowledge of the planets and
their birth chart leading to greater self-awareness.
Participants who are already students of astrology will be able
to broaden their knowledge base through the archetypal
connections this retreat encourages.

Teacher Credentials:
Dulce Bell-Bulley has studied astrology since the age of 12. She
has been a fulltime professional astrologer since 2003. She is a
summa cum laude graduate of Fort Lewis College, Durango, CO with
a BA in Psychology. Dulce spent 13 years in the field of medical
social work and at one time ran a home health agency with 55
employees. She has traveled widely and grew up in the bush in
Africa. Her unique relationship to the natural world allows her
to assist others regain their essential core nature. She is an
avid student and teacher of Caroline Myss’ work on Sacred
Contracts, and has taught several classes on the subject – two
of them at Gateway Canyons Resort. Dulce maintains a busy
astrology practice and teaches on various subjects. Dulce is a
published writer with articles in both Aspects the South
African astrological magazine and in The Mountain Astrologer
magazine.
